Service Description

Meal plan customized for 3months to your specific needs. This includes 2 visits (virtual) per month for 3 months for 30-45 minutes to assess progress & being able to ask Dr.Kay questions as you go along and make lifestyle changes. Payment plan available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please email or call 24 hours in advance before appointment time. Cancellations less than 48 hours before appointment time is subject to a cancellation fee of $99.
